Consultations are individualized, private one-on-one sessions designed to provide guidance, knowledge, and practical insight for artists and creatives navigating their work. These sessions are conversational, collaborative, and tailored to the specific needs/goals of the artist.

SERVICE 1: Creative Consultation
This consulting service is ideal for creators, artists, musicians, and writers of all stages. Whether you are an aspiring student artist or a seasoned professional, this service is appropriate for you.
Topics May Include
- Understanding the book publishing process
- Developing and maintaining an art brand
- Feedback on written works, brand identity, and projects
- Defining your own artist identity
- Navigating software, technology, and platforms
- Tips on getting involved, networking, and getting your art seen
SERVICE 2: Student Coaching
This service is appropriate for students in High School and College seeking coaching for school projects, essays, speeches, and broader skills to succeed.
Topics May Include
- Planning, drafting, and brainstorming ideas for papers, reports, stories, and speeches
- Feedback on completed academic works
- Tips on public speaking, and feedback on mock presentations/rehearsals
- Time management, studying, test-taking, and academic skills.
How Both Services Work

- Fill in what you need help with in as much detail as possible.
- After booking, you will get an email with a secure payment link. Once payment is completed, your session is confirmed.
- A Google Meet link will be sent along with your confirmation once payment is received.
- Come to the consultation with your questions and any material!
- Afterward, you will receive a detailed email summarizing the consultation.
General Policies
Polices are as follows:
- Sessions are capped at 60 minutes in length.
- The maximum number of sessions per day is 1.
- Communication outside of the sessions (calls, texts, DM’s) is not guaranteed.
- Consultations are advisory in nature and do not replace legal or therapeutic services.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
- If a client arrives late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. The full session fee remains applicable and will not be reduced.
- Transparency: I will immediately send a cancellation/referral if I cannot help you with the topic before any payment is made.
- If I cannot attend the appointment at the last minute, I will contact you immediately and will refund your fee.
- If you are unsure whether your topic is appropriate for consultation, you may send a brief inquiry (2–3 sentences) to info@creativeconsultingny.com before booking
Pricing
Pricing is as follows:
- Creative Consultation sessions are priced at $75 per 60-minute session.
- Student Coaching sessions are priced at $50 per 60-minute session.
- Payments are processed via Stripe by email after booking the appointment.
- Payments must be fulfilled before the appointment.
FAQ’s
Do I need to be a professional artist?
Absolutely not! Consultations are open to ALL creatives, at all different stages.
Am I expected to follow the advice given at consultations?
No. Consultations are only advisory in nature, meaning the advice is NOT mandatory or expected of you to follow.
Do you offer ongoing consultations?
Yes, as long as I am available (see “Book Appointment” for availability).
Can you review my work during a session?
Yes, as long as it is relevant to the topic discussed.
Do you complete projects for students?
No. Student Coaching is designed to guide, support, and strengthen a student’s own work. We do not complete assignments or write papers on behalf of students.
Is Student Coaching essentially tutoring?
Student coaching is not subject-based tutoring (math, chemistry, history, etc.), but rather, support in writing, communication, strategy, and academic techniques that can be applied across all subjects. We accept papers, projects, and speeches across all subjects.
I am a High School/College student, but I want advice for creative projects, not school-related projects. Which service is for me?
Service 1 “Creative Consulting” is the service you’d choose, as Service 2 is for academic works.
